Aaron was born and raised in San Diego with a strong sense of Judaism passed down from his family and from attending Soille San Diego Hebrew Day School and the San Diego Jewish Academy. He had the opportunity to go to Israel on Birthright while in college, which had a huge influence on his Jewish identity, and looks forward to going back soon.
Aaron received a degree in Business Economics with a Minor in Chemistry from UC Santa Barbara. He earned his CPA license in 2011 and has over 10 years of professional experience in the medical manufacturing sector with various roles in Accounting and Finance. Aaron is currently a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Becton-Dickinson (formerly Carefusion), supporting the Budgeting, Forecasting, and Accounting of a billion dollar business.
Aaron’s family is heavily involved in the Jewish community in San Diego and as a grandchild of Holocaust Survivors, he is excited for the opportunity to contribute and be involved in The Butterfly Project.
